Ramblin Midgies Calendar

All scheduled walks are on the First Sunday of the month

The walks will depart between 08.00 and 09.00am RETURN 6pm & 7pm or earlier

Main Departure Location will be next to Asda’s Blantyre Store (Blantyre Miners)

All walks require to be booked and paid for upfront – non-refundable sorry & costs may vary, approx. cost is around £13 plus any admission / activity charge, the walk is free, you pay for the cost of the bus and activity if scheduled.

The day’s activity / location may be confirmed as close as possible to the actual day (weather depending / best area to be dry). All day walks are Mystery locations

Here is what you need to know, there is always the bit when you need to know something lol

You book in the week before by using text, FB, Messenger, the Contact Page, once you have booked on, you have committed yourself to the activity. Once you are sure you want to go and have contacted auld Norberto, you then transfer the day’s activity money. This can be to pay for your seat on the minibus / or other arranged form of transport and /or entrance fee.

Unfortunately, coach companies and other parties like to be paid the agreed amount regardless you turn up or not, sorry, it is the way of the world. SO, the BIG MESSAGE IS – ‘don’t book unless you are.
